About Us:

Sklar Center for Restorative Medicine is a premier naturopathic medicine concierge clinic dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care that integrates conventional and complementary therapies. Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Naturopathic Doctor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naturopathic medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement. As a Naturopathic Doctor at our clinic, you will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating natural therapies and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed health histories and physical examinations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the principles of naturopathic medicine.
Utilize a variety of natural therapies, including botanical medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, and lifestyle counseling.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other naturopathic doctors and support staff.
Participate in case discussions and contribute to the development of comprehensive care strategies.
Patient Education:
Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to support overall wellness.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
Stay current with advancements in naturopathic and functional medicine through continuous education and professional development.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in the development of clinic protocols and procedures.
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the clinic and its services.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school.
Current licensure to practice naturopathic medicine in California.
Proven experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy in a clinical setting, preferably within a functional medicine or naturopathic medicine practice.
Strong understanding of naturopathic medicine principles and the ability to apply them in patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

Additional training in Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Intravenous Therapy Certification
Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and laboratory testing.
Familiarity with Cerbo electronic health record (EHR) system.
