Float Ultrasound Technician- OBGYN

Location: Float to all OBGYN Locations
Organization: New York Health-OBGYN

By joining our team, you will work in a collaborative environment where patient care and safety are top priorities. Your expertise will contribute to advancing diagnostic accuracy and improving patient outcomes.

In This Role, You Will:

Perform a wide range of ultrasound exams, including general, vascular, cardiac and small parts in an outpatient setting.
Prepare preliminary written impressions and communicate results to radiologists / cardiologists.
Maintain and document regular equipment maintenance.
Review and execute current lab protocols and assure emergent tests are expedited.
Assist doctors with outpatient-related procedures/biopsies.
Follow and understand all radiology policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.

We Require:

Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent.
RVT and/or ARDMS (AB) certification required.
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
RDCS/Echo experience is a plus.

Starting Salary: Up to $55 per hour
