What it's about
We are looking for a Fund Liquidity Associate to join our global Fund Liquidity Management team in the United States. The team is responsible for liquidity across Partners Group’s private markets investment platform and ensures that investment fundings and other cashflows are executed accurately and on time.
In this role, you will help lead the funding process for new US investment opportunities, working closely with investment teams, banks, lenders, service providers, and other stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build expertise in private markets operations, fund liquidity, and transaction execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the funding process for new US investment opportunities, from cash preparation through execution.
Assess upcoming liquidity needs and coordinate appropriate funding sources, including capital calls, loan drawdowns, FX trades, and internal cash movements.
Prepare and execute cash movements, including external wires and inter-fund transfers.
Monitor cash balances to invest excess cash and support timely distributions.
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, controls, and team initiatives.
Over time, grow into the role of a signatory for the fund platform’s bank accounts.

What we expect
Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking, fund operations, or a related financial services role.
Strong analytical skills, solid Excel capabilities, and comfort working with financial data, cash balances, bank statements, and transaction details.
High attention to detail and accuracy when managing funding processes, cash movements, and time-sensitive transactions.
Proactive, organized, and ownership-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with private equity, FX, capital calls, distributions, loan drawdowns, cash management, or banking operations is a plus.

Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 and typically a significant performance-based bonus.
