Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions and Marketing Director to join our team at Meadow Falls of North Royalton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and promoting our exceptional senior living community to potential residents and their families. If you have a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of the senior living industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Salary Position.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy
Collaborate with internal teams to create and disseminate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, referral sources, and other key stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform business decisions
Manage a budget and prioritize marketing initiatives to achieve positive ROI
Develop and maintain a strong online presence through website management and search engine optimization
Coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement and foster a sense of community among residents and staff

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the senior living industry
Proven track record of successful marketing initiatives and business growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
