Title: House Manager UHNW – Private Residence – West Hollywood

Job Description:Westside Domestic Staffing is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized House Manager for a private residence in West Hollywood.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a high-end private household and understands the level of discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail required in a luxury home.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping a household running smoothly and can anticipate needs before they arise.

House Manager UHNW – Responsibilities may include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence
Managing and coordinating household staff
Scheduling and supervising vendors, repairs, and maintenance
Household organization and inventory management
Running errands and coordinating household purchases
Managing calendars, appointments, and household schedules
Assisting with entertaining and guest preparation
Maintaining household standards and ensuring the residence is always guest-ready
Communicating directly with the principals regarding household needs
Handling occasional special projects, travel preparation, and other household requests

The Ideal Candidate for House Manager UHNW –

5 years experience as, House Manager or Estate Manager.
Experience working with high-net-worth or highly private families required.
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working around principals and guests
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Calm under pressure and able to manage changing priorities
Comfortable managing household staff and outside vendors
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Location: West Hollywood, CA Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility as neededCompensation: $100,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to become a trusted part of a well-run private household.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
