The Opportunity

As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Oliveda across multiple customer touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Product, and Creative teams to develop compelling visual assets that communicate our brand mission, elevate customer experiences, and support global growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with excellent execution skills and has experience designing for beauty, wellness, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Brand-Centered Creative Concepts

Create visual concepts aligned with Oliveda’s premium brand identity and global positioning.
Translate marketing strategies into impactful creative designs.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Design Across Multiple Channels

Develop creative assets for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website, advertising, retail, and events.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Create engaging visuals that connect with beauty and wellness consumers.

Support Retail & Customer Experience

Design materials for boutique environments, including signage, displays, promotional materials, and customer-facing assets.
Help create immersive brand experiences that reflect Oliveda’s luxury positioning.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

Partner with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams.
Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development.
Provide design solutions that support business objectives.

Maintain Creative Excellence

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, quality standards, and luxury positioning.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously bring fresh ideas and creative innovation.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital design, and visual storytelling.
Experience working with beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience designing digital assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and brand identity.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with luxury beauty or premium consumer brands.
Knowledge of packaging design and print production.
Experience creating content for e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of DTC marketing and digital customer journeys.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Position: Graphic Designer | Brand Identity & Creative Design

Location: Culver City, California

Work Model: Full-time, on-site (40 hours per week, with occasional weekend availability as needed)

Compensation:
$75,000–$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
