In-House Telemarketing Representative / Lead Generation Specialist
Sharp Business Innovations is seeking an energetic, motivated, and professional In-House Telemarketing Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in our sales organization by introducing local businesses to Sharp Business Innovations and generating qualified sales opportunities for our outside sales team.

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, in-office position
- Located in our Longmont, Colorado office
Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to local businesses throughout our service area.
- Introduce Sharp Business Innovations and educate prospective customers on our products and services.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities for our sales team.
- Schedule appointments and generate qualified sales leads.
- Complete detailed lead sheets containing all relevant customer information.
- Present qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Manager.
- Ensure leads are assigned to the correct Outside Sales Representative based on territory.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer notes within our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call activity and monthly lead generation goals.
- Represent Sharp Business Innovations in a professional, courteous, and positive manner on every call.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities
- Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive attitude
- Previous telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required
