Office Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office by providing administrative, bookkeeping, payroll, and customer service support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
Perform bookkeeping, data entry, banking, account reconciliations, and payroll using QuickBooks.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Process invoices and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time.
Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
Coordinate office maintenance and arrange repairs as needed.
Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
Answer phones, manage email correspondence, and distribute mail.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Respond to employee questions regarding office procedures, equipment, and supplies.
Run occasional business errands as needed.
Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of company information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business coursework is a plus.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks, payroll processing, banking, and bookkeeping.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Experience operating standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
