Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our dynamic dual diagnosis treatment team. This role blends hands-on clinical work with real leadership responsibility: you'll carry a full caseload at the PHP/IOP level and above while directly supervising two clinicians — reviewing and signing off on their documentation and serving as their first point of contact for clinical questions and day-to-day issues. Your expertise will build clinical interventions that address maladaptive coping skills, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate will be energized by making a positive impact through evidence-based practices, engaging in thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, facilitating individualized clinical groups, and problem-solving with a supportive team. We partner with well-respected treatment centers and work with a high-caliber client base, including clients in executive-level positions, in a setting that values discretion, clinical excellence, and genuine collaboration.

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of up to 12 clients at the PHP/IOP level of care or higher, with dedicated weekly time reserved for supervision and documentation review
Provide regular case consultation direct supervision to a team of up to 2 clinicians.
Review and sign off on clinical documentation for the team, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
Serve as the first point of contact for clinical and administrative issues that arise on the team
Work directly with clients' families and support systems throughout treatment
Coordinate care with referring and partner treatment centers
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff
Participate in case reviews, clinical team meetings, and quality improvement efforts
Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure client safety and stability during emergencies.

Requirements

Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-I, or equivalent)
At least 3 years of post-independent-licensure clinical experience
Experience working in a private insurance-based treatment center
Experience providing care at the PHP/IOP level of care or higher
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients' families and partners
Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or signing off on other clinicians' work

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
