Associate Dentist – Lubbock, TX

A growing dental practice is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its patient-focused team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced dentists and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality care, building long-term patient relationships, and advancing their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct dental examinations and evaluations
Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend treatment options
Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment plans
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
