PROJECT LOCATION: TURKEY, TEXAS
SALARY: $150,000 PER YEAR

$175 PER DAY PER DIEM

Looking for More Than Just Another Project?

Are you ready to take ownership of commercial and industrial plumbing projects from award through final completion?

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead project execution in Turkey, Texas. This is a field-focused opportunity for a proven construction professional who understands commercial plumbing systems, project financials, scheduling, cost control, field coordination, and client management.

You will work closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and field leadership to keep projects safe, profitable, properly staffed, and on schedule.

Candidates who currently live near Turkey, are open to relocating, or are interested in a traveling assignment with $175 per day in per diem are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

Manage commercial and industrial plumbing projects from award through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost-control plans
Coordinate project requirements with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership
Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation
Manage project costs, billing, change orders, forecasting, and overall job profitability
Lead project meetings and provide clear updates regarding schedule, cost, risk, and performance
Support manpower planning and coordinate labor requirements with field teams
Identify project risks and develop practical solutions before they affect the schedule or budget
Maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, and internal stakeholders
Ensure projects meet applicable safety, quality, schedule, and company standards
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate project documentation
Take ownership of project performance from startup through closeout

What We Are Seeking

Five or more years of project management experience in commercial plumbing construction
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial plumbing systems and construction methods
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
Experience with project billing, change-order management, and financial reporting
Experience managing mechanical or plumbing projects valued at $1 million or more is preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a deadline-driven construction environment
