Office Manager / Sales Coordinator

PATE Civil & Marine LLC
Semmes, AL

About Us

PATE Civil & Marine is a growing licensed general contractor specializing in marine construction, erosion control, drainage, excavation, demolition, retaining walls, site work, and civil construction throughout Mobile County and the surrounding areas. We're looking for a highly motivated, outgoing Office Manager who enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to spend a large portion of the day on the phone.

This is not a typical receptionist position. We need someone who is confident making outbound calls, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and helping generate new business while also keeping the office organized.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be helping grow the company through phone communication and customer follow-up.

Daily Responsibilities

Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
Contact internet leads and previous estimates to help convert them into scheduled appointments.
Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Schedule estimates and coordinate calendars for our sales team.
Follow up with existing customers regarding projects, reviews, referrals, and additional services.
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
Maintain customer information in our CRM (Jobber).
Assist with invoices, proposals, contracts, and office administration.
Help keep our sales pipeline organized and active.
Support ownership with administrative and operational tasks.

Is confident making outbound sales calls.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is organized and detail-oriented.
Can multitask in a fast-paced office.
Is motivated by helping grow a business.
Can handle objections professionally and confidently.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Works well independently without constant supervision.

Qualifications

Previous phone sales, inside sales, customer service, or office management experience preferred.
Construction or contractor office experience is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Experience with Jobber or QuickBooks is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
Professional phone etiquette and strong organizational skills.
