Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of guest relations, administrative oversight, and night-time hotel management to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate financial records and hotel operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions.
Manage all front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with enthusiasm and efficiency.
Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify financial transactions, update reservation systems, and prepare reports for management review.
Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues with a proactive attitude that emphasizes guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and other hotel activities using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Ensure the security of the property by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety inspections, and following established protocols during overnight hours.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
Exceptional guest relations skills with an energetic approach to resolving issues and enhancing guest experiences.
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
