Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Bilingual Front Desk Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate proficiency in office management and clerical tasks. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide accurate information
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, assisting with applications, and checking candidates in for interviews and orientations
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, text reminders, wage verifications, and tracker clean up
Support office management tasks including maintaining office cleanliness
Assist with candidate communication, follow-up correspondence, and support customer service initiatives
Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications to complete daily tasks
Maintain organized records to ensure easy retrieval of information

Experience:

Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multi-line phone systems efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to handle phone reception professionally and courteously
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
Experience in clerical front office customer service or client communication roles
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
