Join an outstanding private practice in Lynchburg as a Dentist where you will step into a full schedule while working alongside an experienced staff and supportive colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $1,000 daily guarantee for the incoming Dentist.
First-Year Earnings: $250,000+ income potential.
Long-Term Growth: $400,000–$500,000 income potential once established.
Pay Structure: Competitive percentage of collections.
Benefits: Negotiable benefit package.
Ownership: Clear partnership path for an interested associate.

Practice Highlights

Stable Patient Base: Well-established patient base consisting of PPO and FFS patients.
Clinical Philosophy: Ethical practice focused on patient care first and profits second.
Professional Support: The owner is an experienced mentor happy to coach a newer Dentist or provide full autonomy to an experienced clinician.
Work Environment: Collaborative atmosphere with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Licensure: Must hold a valid Virginia Dentist license.
Clinical Skills: Excellent clinical and communication skills are essential.
Mindset: Highly motivated to learn, remain productive, and deliver high-quality dentistry.
Experience: Previous experience is preferred; however, we will consider a new Dentist or resident with a great attitude and a desire to grow.
