We are in search of team members to support leasing part-time in our Property Management division for various apartment communities in the Lynchburg area. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Typical responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include:

Support leasing with lead qualification, application processing, customer meetings, and writing of leases.
Provide timely and accurate customer and internal communication throughout the leasing experience.
Staff model units and conduct tours as necessary.
Maintain online marketing platforms, MLS, social media, signage, and other marketing initiatives.
Accomplish organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
