At Sentry Equipment, a subsidiary of ProMach‘s Systems business, we have a longstanding reputation in the industries we serve. We offer an extensive portfolio of conveyor equipment and related container handling machinery. We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs.
The Aftermarket Parts Coordinator is responsible for processing and coordinating the fulfillment of spare parts and aftermarket orders. This role supports the Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager by handling order entry, communicating with customers, managing part inventory data, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and workflow efficiency within the aftermarket department.
Are you excited about this work?
- Process spare parts and aftermarket orders, including order entry and fulfillment coordination.
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Work closely with inventory, shipping, and engineering to verify part availability and shipment readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of order history, part numbers, and customer communications.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for order handling.
- Support aftermarket inventory management, including stock checks and reorder requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to order processing and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and safety guidelines.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, logistics, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in order processing, customer service, or inventory coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of mechanical components is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
