Job Summary
Join our vibrant Childcare Learning Center as a dedicated team member committed to nurturing and educating young children. Whether you’re experienced in early childhood education or passionate about caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children’s development and are designed to foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive. Responsibilities

Provide attentive care and supervision for children and staff across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and emotional well-being. Curriculum and assist with lesson planning.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.
Support classroom management by organizing materials, managing behavior, and fostering positive interactions among children.
Collaborate with team members to develop educational plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
Assist with feeding, diapering, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is preferred.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are highly desirable; ongoing training is supported.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle behavior management effectively.
Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children’s growth and learning.
