Job description:

We are currently looking to add resale associates through a client-centered, organic and niche-based, growth plan. We hire only agents who strive to deliver unparalleled customer experiences by virtue of extensive market expertise that coincides with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations. Candidates will grasp that current and traditional brokerage models waste agent resources on non-productive activities such as self-promotion and operations. At RealNova, you will have more opportunity to deepen your market knowledge and customer loyalty through performance.

As a resale associate at RealNova Real Estate Group, you will build lasting relationships with clients as you personally
guide them through the entire buying or selling experience. At RealNova, you will combine personal empathy and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional services and results to your clients and customers that cause you to outperform the competition. By embracing a team-based approach, you will serve your clients and customers better. You will be responsible for collaboration with RealNova’s project and back office professionals to deliver best of breed tools and data that enhance our customer’s experience. Ultimately, you will be expected to continuously hone your skills as an associate and be recognized as an expert who delivers unparalleled service and superior results.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker with a minimum of three years of continuous professional real estate experience
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers of diverse backgrounds

and cultures

Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Present a professional image in appearance, words and actions
Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations
Proven ability to contribute and flourish within a team-based organization
