Insurance Restoration Construction Manager

Join One of Central California's Growing Insurance Restoration Teams

Build Pro Corp. is seeking an experienced Insurance Restoration Construction Manager to join our expanding team.

Working alongside an established SERVPRO operation, Build Pro specializes in residential and commercial reconstruction following water, fire, mold, storm, and other insured property losses. Our unique partnership allows us to provide customers with a seamless transition from emergency mitigation through complete reconstruction while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

This is not a typical construction management position. We are looking for someone who understands the insurance restoration industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication, organization, and customer satisfaction are critical.

If you've worked in insurance restoration and know how to navigate claims, communicate with adjusters, and successfully manage reconstruction projects, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple residential and commercial insurance restoration reconstruction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field crews, and office staff.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Meet with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and carrier representatives.
Review scopes of work and assist with supplements when needed.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Conduct job site inspections and maintain documentation throughout each project.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals, vendors, and referral partners.
Represent Build Pro and SERVPRO professionally throughout the community.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
Insurance restoration experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of residential reconstruction following water, fire, mold, or storm losses.
Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.
Experience working directly with insurance adjusters.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships with local insurance adjusters, insurance agents, or carrier representatives.
Experience using Xactimate.
Experience writing or reviewing supplements.
IICRC certifications are a plus.
Understanding of both mitigation and reconstruction operations.
Experience with DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or other restoration software is a plus.
