Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Tailored Closet & Premier Garage are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive self-starter who is committed to delivering exceptional support across all office functions. We're searching for a special someone to blend with our team that has the drive and ambition to create, contribute and grow with us.

The Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, file and CRM management along with customer support to help maintain an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to strengthen their administrative expertise within a professional setting. Starting wage is $20 – 24 per hour based on experience level. Benefits available after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage front end duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google, Canva and other relevant software
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or clients
Handle project files and photo management systems while ensuring all paperwork is organized and accessible
Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries via phone or email and assisting clients with their needs
Support office management activities including office supply inventory, mail handling, and general administrative support
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to office policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; phone etiquette is essential
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Clerical experience including data entry and file management
Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills and prioritize tasks efficiently
Computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
Some marketing and social media assistance as needed
Valid WI Driver’s License with reliable, insured vehicle to run errands. Mileage reimbursed.
