Full Job Description

About the Role

EVO Tech is seeking a North American Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the United States and Canada. This individual will identify, develop, and close opportunities within federal, state, local, and public safety organizations while expanding relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners. The ideal candidate is a consultative technology sales professional who excels at building executive relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering AI-driven solutions to mission-critical organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Enterprise Sales

· Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across the United States and Canada.

· Prospect and qualify new opportunities within federal, state, local, tribal, and public safety agencies.

· Build relationships with executive decision-makers including Chiefs of Police, Sheriffs, CIOs, CISOs, Intelligence Directors, Command Staff, and Procurement Officials.

· Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle from discovery through contract award.

· Deliver customer presentations and solution demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams.

· Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other government procurement opportunities.

· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

· Expand existing customer relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Collaboration & Market Development

· Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and sales enablement materials.

· Provide customer and market intelligence to support product positioning and future product development.

· Represent EVO Tech at conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.

· Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of successful government sales experience

· Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or investigative technology solutions.

· Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota

· Experience navigating public-sector procurement, including RFIs and RFPs.

· Experience presenting to executive leadership

· CRM proficiency

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to travel throughout North America

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

· Law enforcement, public safety, criminal justice, homeland security, or federal government technology

· AI analytics, data fusion, investigative platforms, telecommunications, or intelligence solutions

· Federal contracting and channel partner development

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive based upon experience
Commission: Uncapped performance-based incentives
Paid Time Off, Holidays & Sick Time

Work Environment

This is a fully in-person position based at our office. Remote work is not available. Travel throughout North America (25–50%) is required for customer meetings, demonstrations, conferences, and business development activities.
