Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's dynamic human resources team on a 6+ month contract in Madison. This is a hybrid position on the eastside of town requiring 2-3 days a week on site.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various departments, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to building a diverse and skilled workforce aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in talent management software, and a comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates.
Consult with sales division leadership throughout the recruitment process.
Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced talent pipeline.
Represent our client at recruiting events and through other special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for experienced and challenging to fill positions.
Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs.
Demonstrated experience relationship-building, communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across the organization and in candidate pools.
Ability to develop extensive knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives.
