Real Estate Agent - 8 - 15 Qualified Appointments Per Month

No Prospecting. No Desk Fees. Just Closings.

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Active Real Estate License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days and actively enrolled in licensing)

What You'll Receive

Average 8 –15 pre-qualified listing appointments every month from our inside sales team — no cold calling, no prospecting
Competitive splits that increase with production — earn more as you close more
Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings and earn higher splits
1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales for accountability, strategy, and growth
AI-powered Closing Command Center for fast, accurate pricing and market positioning
Best-in-class onboarding and training — most agents close their first transaction within an average of 60 days
Full transaction and administrative support from contract to close
Dedicated listing support: prep, signage, and professional photography coordination
Zero out-of-pocket business expenses — no desk, training, tech, or lead fees - Your job is to show up, serve clients, and close. We handle the rest!

What We're Looking For

Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."
Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
