Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Research Associate to join our innovative team. Duties

Collect and manage data from various sources including surveys, web analytics platforms, and SQL databases to ensure comprehensive market insights.
Conduct quantitative analysis using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, and Excel to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Data visualization tools, and reporting software to present research findings clearly and compellingly.
Perform web analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms to monitor online consumer engagement.
Support strategic planning by performing A/B testing, statistical analysis for research projects, and evaluating marketing campaigns’ effectiveness through data-driven methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, and product management to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Present research findings to stakeholders through engaging storytelling techniques that highlight key insights and recommendations for business growth.

Skills

Proficiency in data analysis software such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and Excel for comprehensive data manipulation and visualization.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for tracking digital performance metrics.
Expertise in statistical analysis techniques including A/B testing, quantitative analysis, and statistical software applications.
Ability to interpret complex datasets into clear reports and dashboards that support business intelligence initiatives.
Excellent skills in data collection methods, data storytelling, and presentation of research findings to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of market research principles with experience in strategic planning and marketing analytics.
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly across departments on research projects that influence decision-making processes.
