Polston Tax Resolution is seeking a Case Strategist Sales Representative. Ideal candidate must be a licensed attorney, CPA, and/or an IRS Enrolled Agent who has experience in tax resolution and sales, who loves interacting with the public, has a strong drive to succeed, and dreams of adding value to the firm!
You will have the ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. No more prepping for court or negotiating with the IRS or state! Instead, your days will be split between time at your desk and time in front of clients. The heart of this role is meeting with a wide variety of current and prospective clients to outline solutions to their pressing IRS and state tax issues! You will have the opportunity to develop and implement prospective strategies to gain new business and grow the existing client base.
- Salary range: $100K-$150K. Base salary & uncapped commissions

What Will You Do?
The Case Strategist meets with prospective and current clients to find a solution to their state and/or IRS tax issues.

Immerse yourself in Polston Tax Resolution services and operational procedures, becoming a true expert.

Develop a monthly strategy for meeting and exceeding individual and the firm’s goals and objectives.

Utilize persuasive communication techniques to highlight the benefits of Polston Tax Resolution services to potential clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

Collect, review, and prepare documentation for new prospects and clients.

Follow up with prospective clients through email, phone calls, and other communication channels in a timely manner.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and in turn generating repeat business.

Collaborate with the Polston Tax Resolution team when needed to guarantee excellent customer service and address any client concerns.

Maintain the customer database with accurate, up-to-date information on past, current, and potential clients.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What Do You Need?

Bachelor’s degree.

Actively licensed Attorney, CPA and/or IRS Enrolled Agent.

Minimum of 3 years’ of tax resolution industry in a sales role.

Equipment, such as computer, phone, etc. needed to perform assigned work tasks.

Internet - a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance.

Knowledge of accounting and tax preparation experience, preferred.

Capacity to act with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present a positive first impression that will allow prospective clients to connect with you and have confidence in the firm.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up.

Strong work ethic that is self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed personal goals.
