As Simple Title Closing & Escrow continues to grow, we’re excited to expand our team.

Key Responsibilities

Review closing packages to ensure accuracy
Identify missing or incomplete items and follow up promptly with appropriate parties
Maintain accurate updates within internal systems
Record documents and manage recording fees
Accurately disbursing and reconciling files

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of processing or post-closing experience (title, escrow, or real estate transactions preferred)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong customer-service approach
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Experience with qualia is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
