Full Job Description

Job Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new recruiting leads to support our clients. The ideal Recruiter should be a highly motivated, who can identify and develop new candidate leads from a variety of sources including their own inbound inquiries, general leads, candidate lists, and individual research.

As a Recruiter your responsibilities include:

· Sourcing Physicians by cold calling, utilizing social media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and professional association sites.

· According to Client requirements, qualify, present and recommend candidates to meet the needs of our clients by evaluating candidate fit for a particular location candidate personality, work experience, references, and other applicable information.

· Build and maintain a well-qualified Physician pipeline.

· Meet with your team regularly to collaborate and manage your active candidate pool.

· Negotiate candidate rates, travel arrangements, shifts to be worked, and other items affecting contracting and the placement.

· Have difficult conversations with candidates in order to collaboratively coach candidates through various situations during all stages of the recruitment and placement process. Escalating to leadership as needed.

· Establish professional networking groups, attend networking events, and establish sources to develop candidate pipeline.

· Gather market information to drive client leads to help drive new business for the organization.

Preferred experienced:

· Work and education experience to lending to a positive and productive attitude.

· Track record of learning, improving and succeeding.

· Prior cold calling experience and success.

· Comfortable talking with customers via phone, email, video and in person.

· Can show value as a partner with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in person

· Is motivated by personal progress, money and making a difference for peers and clients.
