What if your next marketing job helped change lives across New Hampshire?
One day, you might interview a mother who worked tirelessly to break a cycle of homelessness for her child. The next, you could be filming a veteran's journey to recovery, creating a social media campaign that reaches thousands, or producing content that inspires someone to support a life-changing program.
If you're passionate about storytelling, social media, content creation, and using digital marketing to make a real difference, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Catholic Charities NH is seeking a full-time Program Marketing Specialist to join our dedicated team of mission-driven professionals. As one of the state’s largest social services organizations, we help individuals and families – across all ages and backgrounds – overcome barriers and build the lives they want to live through our wide range of programs.
As Program Marketing Specialist, you'll help shape how thousands of people experience Catholic Charities NH. Through social media, video, storytelling, email, and digital content, you'll bring our mission to life and help connect new audiences to our programs and services.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, you'll play a key role in growing our brand, engaging supporters, and helping more people discover the programs and services that change lives throughout New Hampshire.
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Love social media and digital marketing, stay up to date on emerging trends, and can demonstrate how you've used content to engage audiences and achieve results
- Understand what captures attention in today's crowded digital landscape and enjoy experimenting with new content formats, platforms, and ideas
- Are a strong content creator and communicator, with experience developing engaging content across social media, video, email, and written channels
- Have a curious mindset and enjoy uncovering the details that make stories stand out in compelling ways
- Have a passion for helping others and want your work to support a meaningful mission
- Are committed to continuous learning and enjoy exploring new technologies, trends, and strategies that strengthen marketing efforts
- Take initiative while recognizing when to collaborate, seek feedback, or ask for support
- Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to help advance a mission that changes lives across New Hampshire
The Program Marketing Specialist will work closely with our Creative Services Manager on digital content and production (including email) and our Community Engagement Specialist on external communications, community outreach, and audience engagement efforts.
