Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

Massachusetts or New Hampshire License Required

NextGen Mortgage is actively hiring Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers in New Hampshire, with additional opportunities in Massachusetts, as we continue to see a strong increase in inbound demand across the New England market. An active NMLS license is required.

Our team is currently handling thousands of inbound mortgage leads each month through national partnerships with Realtor.com and Zillow, along with strong Realtor relationships across New Hampshire and Massachusetts that consistently generate new purchase opportunities. The volume is real, consistent, and growing.

This role is built for a Loan Officer who wants real conversations with motivated buyers and a steady pipeline of purchase and refinance business. If your production has slowed or you are looking for stronger lead flow and better local partnerships, this platform is designed to help you produce.

NextGen Mortgage is not trying to create activity. The opportunity is already here. The focus is execution, speed, and converting leads into closed loans. You will operate within a structured, high performance environment supported by clear systems, strong operations, and leadership that understands production.

Loan officers who succeed here are responsive, relationship driven, and consistent with follow up and client communication. The goal is to build long term referral relationships while increasing production. Responsibilities:*

Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
