Full Job Description

We are seeking a courteous, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service during check-in and check-out
Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, and general inquiries
Accurately process payments, folios, and other front desk transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, hotel services, and local information
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
Handle guest issues with professionalism and escalate when appropriate
Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and ready for service
Follow property policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling guest information and transactions
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
