Full Job Description

As an Business Development Representative (BDR) at Netchex, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. You’re not just setting meetings; you’re starting relationships that turn into long-term Netchex customers.

**This position is either in-office at HQ in Covington, Louisiana or remote. Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.**

Key Responsibilities:

Actively and aggressively seek out new customers through outbound calls
Partner with Account Executives to identify contacts, research opportunities, and coordinate outreach strategies
Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences as needed
Be the kind of teammate people want to work with — bring the energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine investment in the team's success, not just your own quota

What we are looking for:

1-2 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred)
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting, craft sharper messaging, and identify opportunities faster than the competition
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred)
