We are a team of innovators seeking business analysts to help us scale. We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analysts specializing in IT Project Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
These positions can be located in any one of 11-states: Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
*These roles are 100% on-site (not hybrid, not remote) at the nearest local facility.
*In addition, ~20% travel will be required to regional offices, jobsites, and training centers. *Standard business hours with occasional extended hours during reporting cycles.
*Note: After the first phone-screen interview, candidates selected for in-person interview will be expected to complete a practical exercise before going through an in-depth, in-person interview with the team.
*These are full-time permanent roles with full benefits.
*These Business Analyst roles are focused on IT Project Management within our 11-state regional area. The Business Analyst is embedded within an assigned department while reporting to the Chief Project Manager. The role translates operational needs into requirements, process improvements, and analytical deliverables — ensuring the work resolves real business issues. It follows documentation and methodological standards set by the team and contributes to the client’s centralized analytical function.
What You Will Do:
- Translate vague requests into scoped work with defined deliverables.
- De-compose goals into functional requirements and workflow specs.
- Document As-Is and design To-Be processes for better accuracy.
- Define and maintain department KPIs with consistent definitions.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses with clear lineage docs.
- Track deliverables, surface blockers, and manage risk and status.
- Draft SOPs, job aids, and communications to drive adoption.
- Measure outcomes and deliver executive-ready value summaries.
- Holds the line on methodology; revises when evidence requires.
- Names unknowns and proposes how to resolve them.
- Treats stakeholder disagreement as information.
- Delivers today while anticipating what’s next.
- Writes for the reader - tailors information for the audience.
- Gather business needs from non-technical stakeholders.
- Document processes, requirements, and decisions clearly.
- Analyze information and communicate findings in plain language.
- Create tables, formulas, pivots, and validation in MS Excel.
- Learn our source systems relevant to assigned department.
Desired
*Experience in Mission-driven environments, public sector, unionized labor, construction. *Change management or enterprise reporting background.
*Advanced tools: Power Query, Power BI, SQL, MS Pilot, Docusign, dashboard design.
*Certifications: PMI-PBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CBAP, CCBA, LSSGB, LSSBB.
