Full Job Description

Description of the role:

This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support at Manhattan Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Coordinate vehicle service appointments and communicate with the service department to ensure timely completion.
Advise customers on recommended services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, explain details to customers, and process payments.
Maintain customer records, service history, and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience in an automotive or related industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
