Full Job Description

This dynamic, dual-role position combines the mentorship and oversight of a Clinical Supervisor with the strategic logistics and crisis intervention of a Case Manager. You will support the development of a growing team of mental health professionals; including interns and provisionally licensed staff; while simultaneously driving the clinical logistics, treatment tracking, and stakeholder relationships required to deliver custom, experiential behavioral health services. This in-person role requires regular travel to company locations, partner sites, and community settings. Work vehicles are available.

Core Responsibilities

1. Clinical Supervision & Staff Development

Provide direct, in-person clinical supervision to Qualified Treatment Trainees (QTTs), LPC-ITs, APSWs, and other pre-licensed and clinician staff.
Conduct individual and group supervision sessions in compliance with Wisconsin DSPS, DHS 36, and DHS 35 regulations.
Evaluate supervisee progress, assist in onboarding and training, and support growth in clinical competence and ethical care delivery.
Support a trauma-informed, collaborative environment that prioritizes staff well-being and positive client outcomes.

2. Clinical Coordination & Acuity Scheduling

Acuity Management: Actively manage client acuity on a daily basis; strategically canceling, shifting, and optimizing direct-service sessions to meet real-time client needs.
Calendar Logistics: Oversee complex schedule logistics for assigned clients and direct-service staff to maximize care consistency.
Custom Program Development: Design and adapt tailored, experiential, outside-the-box treatment plans.
Treatment Tracking: Monitor and enforce post-session clinical follow-ups to ensure treatment goals are actively being met.

3. Crisis Management, Safety & On-Call

Crisis Intervention: Provide rapid, grounded crisis intervention and de-escalation for clients and staff.
On-Call Support: Manage on-call and chat support at least once per month on a rotating weekend/weeknight schedule.
Incident Reporting: Handle, review, and manage all client incident reporting to maintain strict compliance and safety standards.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Relations

Meeting Facilitation: Prepare for, attend, and contribute to vital internal and external touchpoints, including team meetings, management/staffing meetings, and inter-agency discussions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with clients, their support systems, county workers, and community stakeholders.
Compliance & Records: Maintain meticulous, real-time updates in the internal communication log, maintain accurate supervision records, and participate in audits or annual review processes as needed.
SOP Support: Provide guidance on internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure policy adherence across the team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
