Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to assume responsibility for an established book of high-net-worth client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused advisor who enjoys delivering comprehensive financial planning and exceptional client service without the expectation of cold calling or business development. The successful candidate will inherit approximately $100 million in assets under management and focus on deepening existing client relationships while providing holistic wealth management advice.
The Financial Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients and their families. This individual is responsible for preserving and strengthening existing client relationships while delivering comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, and exceptional service.
Working closely with internal specialists, the advisor will provide integrated wealth management solutions while identifying additional planning opportunities as clients' financial needs evolve.
Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, relationship retention, and the ability to provide thoughtful, holistic financial advice—not by prospecting or generating new business.
- Assume responsibility for an established book of high-net-worth client relationships while ensuring a seamless transition.
- Build trusted, multi-generational relationships through proactive communication and exceptional client service.
- Conduct regular client review meetings while maintaining a thorough understanding of each client's evolving financial goals.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend financial solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact while coordinating support from internal specialists.

- Partner with investment professionals to implement customized portfolio strategies.
- Review portfolio performance and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Maintain strong knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio construction.
- Ensure all recommendations align with fiduciary standards and firm investment philosophy.

- Coordinate with clients' attorneys, accountants, and other trusted advisors.
- Generate referrals through exceptional client service rather than traditional prospecting.
- Participate in client appreciation events and educational seminars.

- Mentor junior advisors while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure timely execution of client requests and planning recommendations.
- Maintain complete and accurate client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and firm policies.
- Complete all continuing education and licensing requirements.
- Uphold the highest ethical and fiduciary standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor serving affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated success managing ongoing client relationships within an advisory or wealth management environment.

Candidates must possess one of the following:
- Series 7 & Series 66
