Responsibilities
- Frame residential houses, including floors, walls, and roofs
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
- Install framing components accurately and efficiently
- Work safely and maintain a clean job site
- Collaborate with crew members and site supervisors
Requirements
- Experience in residential framing (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
