Full Job Description

Lead Recruitment Coordinator

Quality Homemakers is seeking a motivated and reliable Lead Recruitment Coordinator to manage caregiver recruitment and work closely with our Care Coordinators to fill open client cases.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Plainfield, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process for new caregivers.
Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Review applications, contact candidates, and conduct phone screenings.
Match qualified caregivers with available cases serving elderly clients.
Communicate daily with Care Coordinators regarding open cases, staffing needs, and placement updates.
Contact current caregivers to offer available schedules and fill urgent or ongoing shifts.
Maintain accurate recruitment, applicant, and case-placement records across multiple systems.
Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Train and support recruitment staff as needed.
Assist with special projects and other recruitment, staffing, and administrative duties.

Qualifications

Previous recruitment, staffing, healthcare, home-care, or related experience required.
Strong leadership, customer-service, and telephone communication skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and communicating with different personalities.
Able to prioritize multiple open cases and meet staffing goals.
Comfortable learning and working across multiple computer systems.
Must have reliable transportation and a clean background check.
Must be flexible and willing to work collaboratively with the HR and Care Coordination teams.

Training will be provided; however, relevant recruitment or staffing experience is required. The ideal candidate will take ownership of caregiver recruitment, maintain consistent communication with the Care Coordinators, and focus on successfully filling open client cases.
