Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our vibrant team dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and confidence. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, Botox, and laser procedures, while providing exceptional patient care in a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual aesthetic goals and medical histories.
Administer Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures with precision and care.
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
Document all treatments accurately in electronic health records (EHR systems) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Monitor patient responses during procedures, managing any adverse reactions promptly and effectively.
Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Skills

Valid nursing license with current registration as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse or equivalent credential.
Proven 1-2 year kexperience administering injectables such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic medicine.
Familiarity with laser technology, esthetic laser treatment protocols, and related equipment.
Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure clients effectively.
Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including those seeking anti-aging or cosmetic enhancements.

Location: Medina, MN

Status: Part-time (current) to Full-time (potential) after 3-6 months

Schedule: Flexible schedule; ideally 1-2 days per week (M-F)

Position Summary:

We are excited to hire a part-time Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team. Our company is medically-based, so as the Registered Nurse, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results they’ve always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

· Perform consultations that develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans

· Perform all laser hair removal treatments, freckle removal, vein removal, skin tightening, and other aesthetic services within established treatment protocols and procedures

· Educate patients on aesthetic service process, procedure, pre/post treatment care, and product-based recommendations

· Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic goals

· Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve business goals

· Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care

· Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device

· Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients

· Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality

· Assist with scheduling and patient questions around services

· Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans

· Work closely with management on and participate in all marketing and promotional activities and events

· Perform a wide variety of advanced aesthetic services and meet regular performance metrics

· Conducts direct follow up phone calls and email outreach to guests with retention opportunities with the goal of rescheduling them for appointments

· Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., sales, retail, rebook, retention goals)

· Educates all clients as to benefits of Elevate’s loyalty program and consistently reinforces benefit of the program to current clients

· Develops long-term relationships with guests to ensure all guests receive the best, most comprehensive care from Elevate MedSpa

· Represents Elevate’s Values in all circumstances

Requirements:

· Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license with hospital experience

· Licensed to practice in MN

· 1+ years of Aesthetic injecting experience, particularly in Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse

· Out of state travel for training may be required

· Passionate about providing excellent patient care

· Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings

· Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written

· Ability to maintain highly confidential information

· Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day

· Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser

· Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)

· Effective at time and work load management

· Able to work independently as well as with others in a team

· Experience working in a fast-paced high performing environment and able to multi-task
