Dr. Cliff was born and raised in the area and is committed to making experiences in the clinic positive for patients and staff alike. Patients’ satisfaction and feeling cared for is as important as the high levels of clinical outcomes we pursue.

Position description.

We are looking to add to our front desk staff / office manager team again at Wilson Family Chiropractic in White Bear Lake. We are a family-oriented chiropractic office that focuses heavily on a warm environment and puts the highest priority on customer service. We are looking for people to work between 12 and 16 hours a week and it would be excellent but not a necessity to have worked in a clinical environment in the past. We have some flexibility with hours and scheduling to accommodate individuals’ schedules. We are open Monday through Friday and have either morning shifts available that would go from 8 until 12. We do our absolute best to have a flexible and positive environment for patients and staff alike. We are looking for highly dependable, trustworthy, outgoing and self-motivated applicants. Duties would include answering phones, taking payments, checking in/out patients, setting appointments, checking into basic insurance needs, and helping doctor with various small tasks around the office. This role could potentially grow towards management opportunities based off desire as the clinic continues to grow and develop. We truly do try to make this a wonderful work environment for staff where they feel valued and not treated just like a number. Tasks would include

· Scheduling patients

· Taking payments

· Recoding and processing insurance claims

· Answering phones

· Directing patient flow throughout the day

· Tracking outstanding cases and following up with case managers

· Helping with growth opportunities of the office

· Weekly pay starting at $18.50 and up depending on experience

Qualifications

Strong background in patient service with excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
