Full Job Description

About the Role

Cloudprinter is looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our Tucson facility running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for our local team, supporting both the production fulfillment center and our local sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

General Administration: Manage incoming mail, office supplies, and facility vendor relationships (cleaning services, utilities, etc.).
HR Support: Assist with local onboarding for new hires, maintain employee records, and help coordinate local recruiting efforts
Financial Admin: Manage local petty cash, process office-related invoices, and assist the global finance team with local expense tracking.
Culture & Events: Coordinate team lunches, company events, and birthdays to keep morale high.
Visitor Hospitality: Greet partners and clients visiting our Tucson hub and ensure they have a great experience.
Operational Assistance: Support the Site Manager with documentation, safety compliance records, and basic scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar operations role
Organization: You are a master of multitasking and never let a detail slip through the cracks.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace. Experience with HR or accounting software is a plus.
Reliability: You are the person the team can depend on to open the office and handle the unexpected.
