**Job Title: Grill Sandwich Maker*

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere where our customers can enjoy a memorable dining experience. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Sandwich Maker to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Grill Sandwich Maker at Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, you will be responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of gourmet sandwiches to order, ensuring both quality and presentation meet our high standards. This role requires a love for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and grill sandwiches according to Baggin's unique recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including grill and prep stations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely order delivery.
Assist with inventory control, including monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Support other kitchen staff as needed, including prep work and cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting preferred, but not required.
Passion for food and a keen interest in sandwich-making techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
