Business Development Representative (BDR) / Junior Account Executive – B2B SaaS

Location: Remote within Florida
Employment Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday

SGF Global, a global staffing and workforce solutions firm, is supporting a technology and SaaS client in the search for a motivated Business Development Representative / Junior Account Executive.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or other innovative business solutions. The selected candidate will help generate new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, conduct product presentations, and support the sales process from initial outreach through closing.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and lead research
Qualify prospective clients by identifying their business needs, challenges, budget, and decision-making process
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or discovery calls
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Build and manage an active sales pipeline
Prepare proposals and support pricing discussions and negotiations
Maintain accurate prospect, account, and opportunity information within the CRM
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, meeting, and revenue goals
Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Qualifications

Previous B2B sales, business development, sales development, or account executive experience
Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification
Experience selling SaaS, technology, digital marketing, software, or other business solutions is strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations
Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain organized follow-up
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to manage or support a full sales cycle, including qualification, demonstrations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup or growing technology company
Experience selling to small and midsized businesses
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
Previous experience working remotely
Demonstrated success meeting sales activity or revenue targets

Compensation

The position offers a base salary of $45,000 per year. Additional details regarding the compensation structure and potential incentives will be discussed during the interview process.

Work Location

This is a remote position available to candidates currently residing in Florida.
