Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
Maintain an organized filing system for patient records and important documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize office operations.
Provide customer support by addressing patient needs and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Collaborate with medical or dental staff as needed to facilitate patient care processes.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus; ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient relation is essential.
Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required.
Strong customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
