Resumen del puesto

Buscamos personas motivadas, responsables y con atención al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo como Personal de Limpieza (Housekeeper). En este puesto, será responsable de mantener altos estándares de limpieza y desinfección en las instalaciones. Su trabajo ayudará a crear un ambiente seguro, limpio y agradable para pacientes, visitantes y empleados.

Responsabilidades

Limpiar y desinfectar habitaciones, oficinas y áreas comunes.
Barrer, trapear, aspirar y quitar el polvo de todas las áreas asignadas.
Lavar, secar, doblar y organizar ropa de cama u otros artículos cuando sea necesario.
Mantener baños, cocinas y áreas comunes limpios y desinfectados.
Brindar un excelente servicio al atender solicitudes de manera profesional y amable.
Limpiar alfombras y dar mantenimiento a diferentes tipos de pisos utilizando el equipo adecuado.
Seguir los procedimientos establecidos para el manejo de basura, reciclaje y desinfección.
Reportar cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento y ayudar con el control del inventario de suministros de limpieza.

Requisitos y habilidades

Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza residencial, comercial, hotelera o de hospitales, aunque no es indispensable.
Conocimiento de técnicas de limpieza y normas de higiene y desinfección.
Capacidad para realizar mantenimiento de pisos y limpieza de alfombras.
Actitud positiva y excelente servicio al cliente.
Capacidad para manejar productos químicos de limpieza de forma segura.
Experiencia utilizando equipos de limpieza como aspiradoras, pulidoras y máquinas de limpieza (preferida).
Habilidad para administrar el tiempo y completar las tareas con atención al detalle.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the facilities. Your work will help create a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for guests, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens or other items as needed.
Keep restrooms, kitchens, and common areas clean and disinfected.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests in a professional and friendly manner.
Clean carpets and maintain various floor types using proper equipment.
Follow established procedures for trash disposal, recycling, and disinfection.
Report any maintenance needs and assist with cleaning supply inventory control.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in residential, commercial, hotel, or hospital cleaning preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene/sanitation standards.
Ability to perform floor maintenance and carpet cleaning.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals.
Experience operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor machines (preferred).
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
