Join our team as an Occupational Therapist at the award winning Masonic Care Community, with a hourly range of $34.00/hr - $37.00/hr.

Are you a compassionate, driven OT looking to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Masonic Care Community is seeking a full-time OT to join our fast-paced, collaborative rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility with a growing short-term rehabilitation program. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists, nurses and physicians in a patient-centered environment with supportive leadership and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents in both short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and outpatient settings.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services.
Complete timely and accurate point of service documentation.
Effectively manage an independent caseload while maintaining productivity and ensuring quality care.
Provide treatment through individual, group, and concurrent therapy as clinically appropriate.
Excellent communication and collaborative team approach.
Participate in occasional weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

Current New York State Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to person-centered, quality care.
Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred; however, new grads are welcome to apply

The base salary range for this position is $34 - $37 per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education & prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
