Administrative Assistant

Compensation Hourly Up to $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly Based on experience

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm onsite at our Marianna Office

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll take charge of:

Streamlining Operations: Manage clerical paperwork, filing, and record-keeping with precision.
Effortless Communication: Ensure smooth mail flow by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate professional telephone etiquette at all times.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and a busy office environment independently.
Presents in a professional manner in the community, in person, on telephone and in written communication including times of extreme stress and when others are upset.
Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
Assumes a professional, helpful style in all encounters with visitors, vendors and other professionals and represents the company in a positive manner 100% of the time.
Reviews and responds to electronic and handwritten mail, memoranda and other correspondence and responds to phone inquiries timely (within 24-hours or next available business day) and in a professional manner.
Ability to understand and comply with all Chrysalis Health policies and procedures.
Presents in a professional manner in the community, in person, on telephone and in written communication including times of extreme stress and when others are upset.
Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
Works cooperatively in the work environment and takes direction from management with dignity, respect and in a productive, professional manner.
Assumes a professional, helpful style in all encounters with visitors, vendors and other professionals and represents Chrysalis Health in a positive manner 100% of the time.
Consistently demonstrates an understanding of, supports, and focuses on the vision, mission, goals and objectives of Chrysalis Health in day-to-day activities.
Accepts other special projects as assigned.
Ability to utilize HRIS system for payroll and evaluations.
Carries out special assignments as directed at time of a hurricane, natural disaster, or pandemic.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one-year Required. Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Administrative Assistant or administrative assistant experience; preferably in a health care setting
Strong organizational skills
Must successfully complete all criminal background checks annually.
Must maintain training requirements annually.
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer literate and proficiency to Internet, online applications and email.
