Full Job Description

A well-established and growing manufacturing company near Door County, Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to support daily production operations. This position plays an integral role in maintaining accurate production and inventory data, supporting production reporting, coordinating operational activities, and helping ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to daily manufacturing and production operations
Maintain accurate production, inventory, and ERP system data
Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Prepare production reports, operational metrics, and KPI reporting
Support payroll, attendance, and labor reporting processes
Coordinate production meetings, schedules, and operational documentation
Assist with production planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain manufacturing records and support cross-functional communication
Collaborate with production leadership to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
Two to five years of experience in manufacturing administration, production coordination, planning, scheduling, inventory control, or purchasing
Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Self-motivated with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
