Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for connecting top-tier medical talent with purpose-driven opportunities? We’re looking for a Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) across our growing network of programs and facilities.
Job Title: Provider Recruiter
Location: Remote, with in-person requirements.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in reaching Providers.
Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 – annually-depending on life experiences, work experiences, and education. Bonus compensation incentive.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive recruitment strategies that align with clinical and operational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and business teams to meet medical needs of the Company.
- Create recruitment materials and email campaigns; maintain candidate records.
- Conduct outreach, interviews, site visits, and relationship-building with Provider candidates.
- Manage job postings, CRM/ATS systems, and candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate site visits, interviews, and onboarding support for Providers.
- Submit weekly reports and participate in strategy, operations, and coaching meetings.
- Represent the organization at conferences and recruitment events.
- Stay current through training/webinars and support special events.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned, maintaining professionalism throughout.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of full-cycle physician recruiting experience (emergency medicine preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (medical or business field preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, balancing multiple projects concurrently, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, job boards, and social media platforms.
- A positive, persistent, and adaptable mindset.
