Who This Position Is Great For

Because of our smaller size, you’ll have the time to truly get to know the residents you care for every day.
Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to):
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
- Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutritional support
- Measure and record vital information including intake, output, height, and weight as assigned
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Positively interact with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers while promoting person-centered care
Skills & Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred
